MMIA contracts with UpriseHealth to provide no-cost mental health and life-balance services to all participants and their household members. Receive up to six in-person, telephonic, or online counseling sessions per issue per year. Other services include financial, mediation, and identity theft services and standard legal forms such as wills on powers of attorney.

Counseling
Up to six counseling sessions for each new issue, per year. Simply call for access to local counselors, who can help you with a variety of topics such as family, parenting, relationship, stress, anxiety, grief, and other challenges.
Worksite Services
All supervisors have convenient access to phone consultations, on-site orientations, topical trainings, critical incident response, and online supervisor resources.
Legal and Financial Services
Access a free, half-hour consultation with an attorney, by phone or in person, followed with a 25% discount in legal fees. Access free phone support for up to 30 days for each new financial issue, such as debt counseling, budgeting, and college or retirement planning.
Online Legal Forms
Create, save, print, and revise online legal forms including wills, contracts, leases, and many more.
Webinars & Trainings
Industry experts will present monthly work-life webinars on a variety of topics including mental health, financial wellness and stress-management.
Identity Theft Services
Access support in planning the recovery process for restoring your identity and credit after an incident.
Virtual Care
Brightside Health
Brightside Health provides virtual care with licensed psychiatrists and therapists. Take a short assessment, find a provider within days of initial contact, create a treatment plan. Standard medical benefits will apply.
Plan Benefits for Mental Health
All MMIA Medical Plans comply with mental health parity. That means mental health and substance use counseling services are covered the same way medical services are.
