Employee Assistance Program
MMIA contracts with UpriseHealth to provide no-cost mental health and life-balance services to all participants, and anyone living in their household. Receive up to six in-person, telephonic, or online counseling sessions per issue per year. Other services include financial, mediation, and identity theft services and standard legal forms such as wills on powers of attorney.

Plan Benefits for Mental Health
All MMIA Medical Plans comply with mental health parity. That means mental health and substance use counseling services are covered the same way medical services are.
